Tris Line, product code 10000751, features a single-jersey jacquard knit structure made from 96% polyester and 4% elastane. The fabric has a width of 152 ± 2 cm, a fabric weight of 220 ± 20 g/m², a yield of 3.00 ± 0.20 m/kg, and a thickness of 0.70 ± 0.10 mm. It offers high lengthwise and high crosswise stretch and contains elastane.
Main applications and potential uses for consideration:
Main Applications: Patterned training T-shirts and tops, casual T-shirts and tops, tank tops, crop tops, long-sleeved blouses, loungewear tops, and sportswear set tops, subject to appropriate coverage and freedom of movement.
Yoga and Pilates tops, dancewear, bodysuits, sporty tunics, casual short dresses, top-and-shorts sets, and travel apparel. Other potential uses include loose-fitting lounge shorts, lounge pants, sporty skirts, skorts, fitted leggings or shorts, teamwear panels, and lightweight outer layers, subject to verification of coverage, stretch recovery, drape, and durability.
For leggings, the fabric should not become see-through when stretched and should return to its original dimensions after the stretch is released. The pattern alone does not establish quality or performance. For fitted garments, also evaluate pattern distortion and transparency during stretching.
Since the base specifications of the 30 jacquard models are recorded as identical, their potential applications are shared. Differences in pattern alone do not establish differences in performance.
Other similar applications should be evaluated according to the specifications of this product code and the results of sample garment testing.
Compare this product code’s knit structure, fiber composition, fabric weight, and stretch properties with your sample and production requirements. To confirm suitability for your intended application, printing method, cutting process, and sewing requirements, consult the Newtex team.

Process
Raw materials are selected based on the product's purpose and samples are reviewed for technical approval.
Production settings and related specifications are recorded and monitored.
The target color becomes a verifiable sample.
The process is carried out based on the sample and approved parameters.
The operation is adjusted to suit the product to achieve the expected dimensional and characteristic state.
The specifications associated with each product are measured and the results are recorded.
QC specialists and AI systems identify and record surface defects.
Each vault is assigned a grade of A+, A, B, or C based on internal criteria, and records are recorded in the ERP.
This fabric is checked during production and finishing to meet defined specifications. Quality control includes process data, relevant tests, specialized inspection and intelligent detection of visible defects; the final decision and grade of each vault is recorded by QC.
