Brix Grand, product code 10000715, features a single-jersey knit structure and a fiber composition of 92% polyester and 8% elastane. The fabric width is 162 ± 2 cm, fabric weight is 158 ± 10 g/m², meters per kilogram is 3.90 ± 0.20 m/kg, and thickness is 0.64 ± 0.05 mm. The fabric has high lengthwise stretch and high crosswise stretch. It contains elastane.
Main applications and potential uses for consideration:
Main Applications: Lightweight, patterned training T-shirts and tops; casual T-shirts and tops; tank tops; crop tops; loose-fit lightweight blouses; and loungewear tops, with attention to coverage and the use of an underlayer when necessary.
Yoga tops, blouses worn over undershirts, lightweight tunics, dancewear with appropriate coverage, teamwear panels, and decorative garment inserts. Other possibilities include lined loose-fit top-and-shorts sets, skirts worn over shorts, lined short dresses, beach cover-ups, and decorative sports scarves or headbands, subject to evaluation of drape and durability.
A larger pattern does not necessarily indicate greater fabric weight or higher quality. Check the fabric’s opacity and ensure that it provides adequate coverage. In this context, a beach cover-up refers to an outer garment worn out of the water; it does not mean that the fabric is suitable for swimwear or provides UV protection. For lower-body garments and fitted designs, assess coverage requirements and whether a lining is needed before proceeding.
Other similar applications should be evaluated according to the specifications of this product code and the results of sample garment testing.
Compare this product code’s knit structure, fiber composition, fabric weight, and stretch properties with your sample and production requirements. For confirmation of suitability, consult the Newtex team regarding your intended application, printing, cutting, and sewing requirements.
