This fabric has medium lengthwise stretch and high crosswise stretch. It contains elastane.

Main Applications: Stretch sports pants, gym pants, tracksuit pants, joggers, lounge pants, three-quarter-length training pants, top-and-pants sets, and loungewear sets, subject to evaluating the pattern’s need for lengthwise stretch and the comfort of the upper part of the set.
Loose-fit sports shorts, fitted shorts, leggings, lightweight sweatshirts, zip-up tops, and sports tops. Sports skirts, skorts, training bodysuits, and yoga and Pilates pants, subject to assessing the lengthwise stretch required for movement. Stretch swim jammers or swim shorts are suggested for development samples only, following testing for use in water and assessment of wet weight.
Check how much lengthwise stretch a leggings design requires and whether this fabric provides sufficient stretch. Lengthwise stretch is medium; for leggings and bodysuits, evaluate the garment during actual body movements. A 12% elastane content alone does not establish stretch durability or suitability for swimming. Other similar applications should be evaluated according to the specifications of this product code and the results of sample garment testing.
